Core Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across one or multiple outlets—ensuring SOP compliance, hygiene standards, facility maintenance, and staff performance.
• Strategic Business Management
Develop and execute growth strategies, manage profitability and P&L, budget forecasting, and cost control.
• Financial Oversight
Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, optimize pricing and inventory, and track sales performance and efficiency.
• People & Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor staff such as salon/spa managers, therapists, and support teams. Coordinate scheduling and conduct performance evaluations.
• Customer & Brand Experience
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, manage escalated issues, oversee loyalty programs, and maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, social media presence, and partnerships.
• Reporting & Administrative
Generate operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly), provide administrative support, and ensure coordination between outlets and HQ.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, hospitality, engineering, or related disciplines expected
• Typically, 8–15+ years of senior management experience, depending on complexity of role
• Leadership, financial acumen, analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills are essential
