Job Description
Checking in of passengers to boarding of flights.
Greeting passengers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
Handling flight disruptions, providing recovery assistance to affected passengers.
Handle lost and found baggage
Airline Weight & Balance
Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
Candidate must be willing to work at Seletar Airport.
Candidate must possess at least a "N", "O" Level, any field, including a pass in English.
Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / hotel / lounge related industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.
Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.
A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
