Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment (local and foreign hires), payroll, employee relations, foreign worker permit applications, and onboarding
Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, work permit documentations (applications, renewals, and cancellations), and HR documentations to ensure compliance
Administer payroll processing via HRMS (including CPF / SDL filings, IR8A, and IR21 submissions) , leave management, government-related HR claims (statutory reimbursements) and staff benefits
Track employee quotas, expiry dates, insurance, housing / dormitory compliance, and levy payments
Support, conduct, and coordinate performance appraisal, training, and development programs as well as manage any and all SkillsFuture / SPD claims
Advise, draft, and update HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters
Handle any grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews
Liaise with necessary government entities such as Ministry of Manpower, CPFB, IRAS, and other agencies and external vendors to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, and / or any related field(s)
At least 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience (in the construction industry will be an added advantage)
Having basic knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, foreign worker regulations, and manpower-related frameworks (government HR initiatives, grants, and compliance schemes) will be preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and familiarity with HRMS and InfoTech knowledge will be a plus
