Bioprocess Development Technologist - #1113283

Duties:   

• Design and conduct experiments to address research objectives. 

• Develop and optimize protein purification protocols to ensure high purity, yield, and activity. 

• Execute and troubleshoot purification processes, including chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion), filtration, and ultracentrifugation. 

• Stay updated on scientific advancements through literature reviews. 

• Perform laboratory work, including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis. 

• Interpret results, draw conclusions, and present findings through reports and presentations. 

• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams on research and product development. 

• Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company policies and regulations. 

• Assist in preparing research proposals, grant applications, and publications. 

• Participate in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. 

Requirements: 

Education: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related fields. 

Experience: 

• 3-8 years of research experience in academia or industry, with a strong track record of scientific innovation. 

• Experience in upscaling to production is a plus. 

Technical Expertise: 

• Proficiency in protein purification, cell culture, and relevant laboratory techniques. 

• Strong knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and statistical tools. 

• Hands-on experience with purification techniques, including chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion), filtration, and ultracentrifugation. 

Skills & Competencies:
