1. Youth Work Associate (Min. Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling)
Working location: Near to Buangkok mrt
Working hours: 5 days (including one weekend), Shift work (2 shifts, 8 hours/shift); 8:00am – 4:00pm // 2:30pm – 10:30pm
Salary: $2600 - $2900 + Shift Allowance
Youth Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
Support the shift during emergency.
Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
Involve in admission process.
Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
Requirements:
Diploma with 2 years working experiences.
To perform night shift (10.30pm - 8.30am) on adhoc basis when required.
2. Youth Care Worker (Min. Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling)
Working Days: 5 days/week – 44 hrs (3 shifts)
Salary: $2,200 to $3,100

The Youth Care Worker is responsible with delivering trauma-informed care, supervision, and management to female adolescents who have faced abuse or neglect. Focused on enhancing wellness and quality of life, the Youth Care Worker ensures that the residents' basic personal, physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs are comprehensively addressed.
Responsibilities
Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities
Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre and ensure their welfare and safety
Promote discipline among the residents and be a mentor/role model to them
Assess, respond and handle crises or conflicts
Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans by treatment team
Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents
Requirement
Youth Mentors are required to work with young beneficiaries with complex trauma
With experience in working with youth at-risk
With basic processing and counselling skills
With knowledge of common issues and disorders that appears in trauma and abuse
Willing to work on 3-shift rotations and over weekend/Public Holidays
3. Care Executive (Need Elderly Care Experience)
Salary: $2300 to $3000
Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) | Sat (Occasionally, half day)
Working Location: Joo Chiat
Role descriptions:
Looks after a group of elderly clients assigned with quality care & companionship
Ensures clients follow the activities in the daily program
Leads and participates in group activities with clients
To Provide Personal care and hygiene, including Medication Reminders, Oral Feeding & Toileting, Manual transfer to and from wheelchair or geriatric chair
Vital Signs Measurement and Monitoring
Gives utmost care and passion towards clients and staff
Fully committed to ensure safety in all activities
Adheres to all administrative activities
Follows all processes, procedures and guidelines
Follows instructions to assist clients with simple exercises
Prompt in reporting of incidents and deviations to Centre Manager
Retains and expands of client base.
Supports other Care Executives (teamwork)
Requirements:
Relevant Healthcare experience
Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred.
Possess CPR/AED certification
4. Personal Care Officer (Welfare Home for Destitute Adults)
Salary : $2,500 - $3,300
Location: Buangkok
Working hours: 5 days - 44 hours / week
Rotating shift : 8:30am - 6:30pm / 8am - 8pm (AM) / 8pm - 8am (PM)
Job Responsibilities
Plan and supervise the care of residents
Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
Put up monthly interview records for residents
Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises
Job Requirements
Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling or relevant field
Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
