Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing and promotions.

• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.

• Handles customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
