About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a Assistant / Department Manager, you shall lead the department daily operations, oversees staff, manages budgets and ensure financial growth by securing new business prospects. You will be involve in strategic planning, process improvement, staff development, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met with compliance to company policies and local regulations. You shall also act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
Be Part of Our Success
Managing maintenance services projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Supervising the attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector.
Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
Driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
Cultivating positive relationships with customers.
Managing staff well-being and organizing training programs
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience as a System Architect, IT Infra maintenance or IT System Integration and 2 years of leadership experience as a Head of Department.
Proficient in network cyber security, switching, routing, firewall and IT Service Management
Excellent written and presentation skills
Singaporean only
Candidate with more experience may be considered for senior role
