Beauty Aesthetic Sales & Service Excellence Manager - #1113217

About the role

The Company is seeking an Aesthetic Medispa Operations & Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales activities of our modern, well-equipped aesthetic medispa located in 5 locations islandwide. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our medispa, while also driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all medispa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills

• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

• Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

• Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales management or operations role within the aesthetic or beauty industry

• Strong understanding of the aesthetic medispa industry, including the latest treatments, products, and trends

• Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

• Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software and tools

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive and Growth Mindset leader with high level of professionalism 

• Candidate with excellent 5 Star Service mindset to provide the best service training and setting expectations to the outlet staff 

• 5 day work week, but required to also work on weekends.
