Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Receive, register and screen patients; taking measurements of vitals such as temperature, height & weight;

2. Answer inquiries from patients and others via phone calls and emails;

3. Arrange for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and/or diagnostic procedures;

4. Prepare and dispense medications and/or other treatments necessary with doctor’s instructions.

5. Perform and/or assist in the performance of basic clinical and/or laboratory procedures as appropriate.

6. Assist the doctor in minor surgical procedures.

7. Perform basic housekeeping duties to uphold clinic’s appearance.

Requirements

• No prior medical experience required. However, at least 1 year of medical experience would be an advantage.

• Applicants with phlebotomy skills, wound management experience, and/or nursing certification will be an added advantage.

• Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field.

• Pleasant disposition; able to communicate with patients confidently and effectively in English and preferably Mandarin or another language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Able to perform routine tasks and duties independently.

• Able to work on a shift basis.

• Comfortable with office computer applications and modern software

Working Hours

· 5.5 days / 44 hours per week
