KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment:
Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.
2. Maintenance of building facilities.
3. Maintenance of systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual.
4. Maintenance of furniture & equipment.
5. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
6. Handle and manage technical issues and to trouble-shoot/rectify the problem on site.
7. Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved.
8. Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services .
9. Maintain and update maintenance records and documentationsincluding data entry.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) maintenance is an added advantage
Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on
On the job training will be provided
