Logistic Officer (Railway) | 5 Days - Tuas [MAYT] - #1113167

Our client is a global solution provider in the railway transport industry.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (0900hrs to 1800hrs) / Weekends will be on standby if required.

Working Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:

·       Oversee and manage daily activities of the production line/ warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

·       Meet the demands of the fulfilment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

·       Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery (MHE) regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed with suppliers.

·       Meet regularly with ILS; Material Planning; Project to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for inventory optimization.

·       Communicating with client on order fulfilment.

·       Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

·       Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Requirement:

·       Minimum Diploma qualification.

·       Min 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with railway experience.

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·       Min knowledge on SAP IM Module.

·       Forklift license needed.
