BIM MODELLER CUM COORDINATOR - - #1113146

Responsibilities

. Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software

·         Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings

·         Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes

·         Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs

·         Achieve the drawing submission schedule

Requirements

·         Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)

·         Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla and MicroStation – AECOsim

·         Experienced in production of shop drawings

·         Other pre-requisites : able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance, good analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
