Job Description

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

• Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electronic issues.

• Repair and replace faulty parts and components, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.

• Perform vehicle inspections (e.g., pre-purchase inspections) and generate accurate reports on vehicle condition.

• Explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to the Service Advisor/Manager in a clear and concise manner.

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets both company quality standards and customer expectations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all workplace safety policies and procedures.

• Keep up-to-date with technical advancements and new vehicle technologies through training.

• Assist in managing workshop inventory and tools

Requirement

• ITE Certificate in Automotive Technology (or equivalent), or relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec certification.

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic in a Singapore automotive workshop.
