IT Project Executive - #1113126

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants and developers to coordinate the work and track progress.

• Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications.

• Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT team.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Prepare user manuals, operations manuals, and plan and facilitate user training on system usage.

• Manage and escalate critical issues to relevant managers.

• Maintain good rapport with users to manage their expectations regarding project scope and schedule.

• Undertake other ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management.

Key Requirement:

• Experience in Fintech or project management is advantageous.

• Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.

• Proficient in IT.
