• Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing policies, plans, processes, and programs.

• Collaborate with employees to deliver value-added HR services and support.

• Manage and carry out HR processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding.

• Enhance the on-site experience for new hires and departing employees throughout the onboarding and offboarding process.

• Maintain HR systems with accuracy, adhering to established procedures and team standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
