What You’ll Do

• Architect strategic marketing plans that drive visibility, engagement, and sustained growth.

• Lead exciting, end-to-end campaigns; from brainstorm to launch that inspire and convert.

• Oversee our social media calendar and ensure our content speaks authentically to our audience.

• Oversee digital ad campaigns, track performance across channels, and optimize based on data-driven insights.

• Own and manage the marketing budget, making sure every dollar works hard.

• Collaborate with in-house designers and cross-functional teams to develop brand-aligned assets and promotional materials.

• Champion consistent brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

• Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

• Work with external partners, influencers, and agencies to bring our marketing ideas to life.

• Keep our brand voice and look consistent, whether it's online, in-store, or in print.

• Confidently lead your marketing team; Content Specialist, Digital Marketer, and Customer Care, ensuring each role drives brand growth and customer experience.

Preferred Skills

• Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok for Business.

• Working knowledge of influencer and content marketing strategies.

• Strong understanding of retail and consumer marketing funnels.

• Strong grasp of digital channels, paid media, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.

• Prior experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry is highly desirable.
