Retail Sales Associate (Retail & Live Streaming) - #1113010

We are growing our live streaming department and looking for great individuals to join us!

Responsibilities

· Able to work in retail as well as live streaming for Company’s channel on Tik Tok, Dou ying, XHS etc.

· Coordinate after sales orders with logistics team

· Be a confident Sales Associate at all times and portray a professional and customer-oriented image

· Passionate in sharing and promoting products what you love to viewers.

· Achieve monthly sales targets

· Communicate effectively to customers on all sales promotions, free gifts or any other promotions.

· Learn all the watch knowledge and able to perform change of watch battery.

· Responsible for retail store daily operation

· Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner

· Execute merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation

Requirements

· No experience required

· Energetic and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve

· Possess good communication skills and be sales driven

· Comfortable to work in fast paced environment

· Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)

· Hardworking, honest and driven

Salary Package

· Basic salary is SGD 2000 to SGD 2400 (depends on experience)

· Average Gross Salary range from $2300 to $3500

· 6 Days OR 5 ½ Days work week
