Sales Associate (Automotive) - #1113007

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consulting services with clients to guide them through their new or pre-owned vehicle purchase experience.
• Sales of new and pre-owned vehicles with client satisfaction standards.
• Maximising sales opportunities from Showroom traffic, phone/online inquiries, and referrals.
• Management of documentation with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
• Provide customer satisfaction services throughout the pre-sales to after-sales delivery process
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of the range of vehicles through formal and informal training.

Requirements:

• Confident, self-motivated achiever who is passionate about a career in sales in the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and the ability to understand needs
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
