General Manager (F&B Division)

Fairy Group Ventures operates an integrated F&B and entertainment hub at 29 Carpenter Street, featuring:

• JUwei Old Nanyang Cuisine (Level 1) – a heritage-inspired dining concept.

• Er Dang Jia Hotpot (Level 2) – a modern hotpot experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our F&B division and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the front-of-house team to achieve operational KPIs and deliver excellent guest experiences.

• Spearhead and oversee the development of the franchise program for JUwei Old Nanyang Cuisine.

• Drive growth in online delivery sales and launch a new “Call & Collect” channel for Er Dang Jia Hotpot.

• Strategize and execute initiatives to increase sales for our Nasi Lemak mini buffet.

• Ensure effective cost control and operational efficiency across both outlets.

• Contribute to the creation and development of innovative F&B concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in F&B operations and marketing.

• Strong front-of-house leadership with the ability to inspire and manage teams.

• Demonstrated track record in concept development and brand building.

• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

• Hands-on experience in cost control and business performance management.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary of up to $10,000/month (commensurate with experience).
