Salary: $3000-3400
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos tailored to target audiences.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build strong online communities.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategy where relevant.
Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising, when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and content creation.
Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
