Associate Engineer (Fire Testing Products) - #1112922

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will assist the manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Fire Property Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fire and mechanical testing and evaluation on fire-related products to ensure compliance to international standards

• Prepare test samples and test rigs

• Prepare test and inspection reports

• Upkeep test reports and related records

• Maintain and upkeep test facilities and laboratory equipment

Qualification

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering

• Prior testing experience would be an added advantage

• Relevant experience or knowledge in Quality Management System, ISO 17025 accreditation and/ or Internal Quality Audit Exposure would be an added advantage

• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills

• Proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines

• Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
