The incumbent will work closely with the Director on all administrative matters related to Port Services including but not limited to insurance claims, purchasing and business resourcing. The position will further value add by proactively partnering with other business units to achieve the desired outcome or results as required by the Director.
Responsibilities:-
Execute day to day administration for business unit
Process and ensure insurance claims are accurately and timely submitted
Ensure purchases by business units are in line with requirements and policies
Ad hoc business resourcing as required by the Director
Requirements:-
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Experience in Port Services sector will be an added advantage
Good time management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, meticulous, and numerically inclined
