Assistant Quality Engineer (NPI) - #1112863

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring quality from testing and sample builds to mass production.

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).

• Collaborate with program managers on NPI builds and engineering evaluations.

• Conduct training for QC inspectors prior to project handover to production.

• Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes, and test methods.

• Create, review, and update Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, Quality Standards, and Sample Boards before production transfer.

• Work with engineering teams on jig designs, review 2D drawings, and recommend measurement jigs where needed.

• Diploma in Precision, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing.

• Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, Minitab).

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, with knowledge of GD&T.

Location: Loyang Lane

Salary: $2,300 – $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
