The Role
Step into a key support role in our underwriting team.
You’ll coordinate workflows, manage data, and keep operations running smoothly.
Perfect for someone who loves structure, detail, and being the go-to team player.
What You’ll Do
Track renewals and follow up with brokers and clients
Prepare quotes and ensure documentation is spot-on
Review binding slips and support marketing efforts
Keep systems updated and data accurate
Liaise with our offshore team for seamless processing
Log submissions, sign docs (as authorised), and keep records tidy
What You’ll Bring
Cert in business admin or related field
Experience in admin, ops, or business support
Basic knowledge of insurance or underwriting (a plus!)
Strong attention to detail and Excel confidence
Organised, proactive, and a great team player
