Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations teams across Asia, driving collaboration and performance excellence.

• Manage supply chain processes including demand planning, warehousing, order fulfilment, and logistics.

• Ensure cost-effective and compliant operations in line with international standards and local regulations.

• Oversee vendor and third-party logistics provider relationships, ensuring service quality and performance.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.

• Partner with commercial and finance teams to support forecasting, order management, and escalations.

• Provide strategic insights and operational reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

• 10+ years’ operations and supply chain leadership experience in a regional capacity.

• Expertise in ERP/WMS systems and cross-border logistics.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with multicultural team experience.
