Job Responsibilities:

Manage projects involving cyclical maintenance or the establishment of new premises for both new and existing social-communal facilities.
Assist in monitoring the work of consultants and contractors to ensure facility development and management are carried out cost-effectively and within schedule.
Assist in the collection, verification, updating, and analysis of data pertaining to GreenGov initiatives.
Provide support in coordinating audits.
Undertake any ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or other relevant disciplines.
