Our Client:

• FMCG / F&B Industry (MNC)

• 5.5 Days, Alternate Saturday (Office Hour)

• Woodlands

• UP $3500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients via phone call and email

• Manage and optimize inventory levels by analyzing data, identifying shortages/excess, and developing strategies to balance supply and demand.

• Liaise with purchasing and sales team to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely coordination.

• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, track key metrics, provide improvement recommendations, and support export administrative duties (billing & documentation).
  

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent

• Min. 1 year of Customer Service Experience in Logistics / F&B / FMCG Industry
