to join our Commercial team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing client contracts and

commercial agreements to support our growth and operational excellence.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with

clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting contract

performance. Your role will also involve preparing key reports for internal and client-facing

meetings, managing customer feedback and service levels, and collaborating across departments to

meet business objectives.

The reporting manager for this position is the Commercial Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Manage contract performance and resolve disputes.

• Ensure all internal and stakeholders are briefed on new contract requirements.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients.

• Preparation for weekly management meeting and customer review meeting.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue and profitability.

• Monitoring of Customer Compliments and Complaints and Service Level Agreements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Business.

• Able to work in a team and independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint.

• Strong interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills.

• Must possess Class 3 Driving License
