CNC Maintenance Technician - Up to $3800 - #1112733

• CNC Maintenance experience is a MUST

• Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided)

• Working hours

  • Morning shift - Monday- Friday, 7.30am-5pm

  • Night shift - Monday-Friday, 7.30pm-5am

• Night shift allowance: $14/night

• Salary: up to $3800

• AWS: 1 month

• Variable bonus: 2.5 months

• Flexi benefits: $500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance procedures on CNC machines to identify potential issues and prevent machine breakdowns.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical problems in machines and equipment.

• Repair or replace defective parts, components, systems in order to restore machines to their proper functioning.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, greasing, and cleaning the machines.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.

• Collaborate with other team members and provide assistance and guidance as required.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• NITEC or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.

• Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairing various machines and equipment.

• Basic computer skills for maintenance record keeping.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
