Finance Executive - GL - #1112701

Leong Hup Singapore is a leading food manufacturer, providing poultry meats and halal small goods. We are looking for a self-motivated Finance Executive handling GL(general ledger).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirement and deadlines are met.

• Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and audit schedules.

• Advise AR/AP on the correct GL code & GST code entries.

• Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.

• Prepare budget and forecast.

• Perform variance analysis on the financial performance.

• Provide estimated PBT for Group Accountant.

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Group accountant.

• Preparation of XBRL and liaise with company secretary for annual filing.

• Preparation of payroll reconciliation.

• Draft Financial Statement.

• Prepare for monthly general ledger journal and closing activities.

• Prepare monthly reports for related company balances and transactions.

• Any ad-hoc duty assigned from time to time.

Education and Work Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting.

• 2 years of relevant experience.

• Possess good knowledge in MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage.
