Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team to establish strong network with the tenants and retailers

• Responsible for preparing, managing, and monitoring the leasing budget and occupancy

• Handle lease negotiation for new leases and renewals assigned

• Source and secure suitable tenants that fits into the desired tenant mix of the mall

• Work with asset managers to maximize mall occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent 

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Possess positive disposition and a good team player
