Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day office operations including filing, documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office supplies.
Maintain company records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales information.
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients on project documentation and order follow-ups.
Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking KPIs.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (engineering/technology industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently.
