Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day office operations including filing, documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.

  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office supplies.

  • Maintain company records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales information.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients on project documentation and order follow-ups.

  • Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking KPIs.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (engineering/technology industry experience preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently.
