Shipping Executive
5.5 days (Mon-Fri, Sat Half day)
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling air and sea freight shipments.

  • Support rate negotiation and booking arrangements with carriers and agents.

  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.

  • Coordinate with customers and overseas partners on shipment updates.

  • Provide freight quotations and follow up on inquiries.

  • Monitor shipment status and escalate issues to senior staff when needed.

  • Maintain good communication and relationships with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation.

  • Familiar with Incoterms will be an advantage.

  • Able to work well in a team
