Kitchen Assistant - #1112581

Job Description:

·       Prepare wet and dry ingredients prior to start of class

·       Assist in stock taking twice a week

·       Replenish common ingredients (i.e. condiments, seasoning, etc.)

·       Assist in submitting ingredients replenishment orders twice a week

·       Place prepped ingredients on the workstations/chillers for the upcoming classes

·       Properly pack and label all ingredients that are to be delivered out

·       Collect prep trays from kitchens at the end of the day

·       Keep prep rooms clean and tidy

·       Deep clean prep rooms once a month 

·       Adhere to Food Safety regulations

·       Other duties as assigned
