Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a junior Marketing Executive to join our team and support our growing marketing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in product marketing, promotions, and campaign execution across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Education

• Develop key visual briefs for monthly new product launches and limited time offers.

• Collaborate with the Communications Assistant to ensure accuracy of product web pages.

• Support the Product Manager with product launches, including preparation of materials and market landscape analysis.

• Assist in training preparation, including room setup, material/product requests, and online event setup (Eventbrite, Facebook, Bitly).

• Coordinate with vendors for product label changes (e.g., over-sticker arrangements, quotations, purchase requests, and deliveries).

• Provide support for product and promotional campaign execution.

• Handle various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the marketing department.

Promotions & Creative Support

• Create promotional and product codes.

• Set up promotions in internal systems such as BSI, Promo UI, and Power App.

• Manage monthly promotions by activating or deactivating offers as required.

Monthly Tasks

• Update product and promotional content on the website via Contentful in coordination with the Communications Assistant.

• Prepare and distribute Monthly Promotions & New Products Summary to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports.

• Perform ad-hoc administrative, operational, and project-based assignments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Experience with image and video editing software is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.

• Adaptable, proactive, and a quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility.
