Key Responsibilities:
Vocational Training
Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
Deeply understand the content and subject matter of the vocational courses you’ll be training.
Serve as the go-to resource for trainers, learners, and colleagues seeking clarification or insights.
Training Delivery Excellence:
Facilitate engaging and impactful vocational training sessions, leveraging your expertise.
Use varied instructional techniques (e.g., case studies, simulations) to enhance learning outcomes.
Customization for In-House Needs:
Tailor existing vocational courses to meet specific organizational requirements.
Adapt examples, case studies, and scenarios to resonate with in-house contexts.
Mentoring and Coaching:
Support other vocational trainers by sharing best practices, tips, and effective training strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the vocational training team.
Training Administration
Course Development Collaboration:
Work closely with the Training Manager and instructional designers to create and enhance vocational training materials.
Provide input on content relevance, practical examples, and real-world applications.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Participate in QA processes, reviewing vocational training materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational guidelines.
Assessment Design and Review:
Collaborate on the creation of assessments for vocational training, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
Review and validate assessment items for accuracy and relevance.
Course Evaluation and Feedback Loop:
Analyze post-training evaluations for vocational training and identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to enhance future sessions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Training Manager during the development, rollout, and updates of vocational training courses.
Be a bridge between vocational training, content development, and quality assurance efforts.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Candidate with experience in autism or MID education/training or F&B or Customer Service experience is preferred
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Strong command of the written and spoken English.
Willing to travel between Eunos and Choa Chu Kang
