Occupation Description:

The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in driving sales performance while delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. He or she also contributes to store-level innovation and productivity initiatives. To support a seamless omnichannel customer experience, the Retail Sales Assistant manages in-store order fulfilment processes and ensures timely, accurate service across all touchpoints.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive and professional customer experience

• Proactively generate new business through walk-in customers and phone enquiries

• Consistently meet and uphold service excellence standards

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

• Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock receiving, and inventory checks

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation are maintained in the boutique at all times

Education & Qualifications:

• Min ITE/ Diploma / Degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English

• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Prior experience in the retail sector would be an added advantage
