Basic Salary Range: $2,720 – $3,600/month + Bonus + Incentives

Your Role:

As a Special Education (SPED) Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of our students’ learning journey – designing and delivering specialised, engaging lessons tailored to their needs. You’ll work closely with allied health professionals, caregivers, and community partners to provide a holistic and inclusive educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons using evidence-based practices

• Develop and monitor Individualised Education/Transition Plans (IEP/ITP)

• Manage classroom routines and implement positive behavioural strategies

• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and families to support each student’s development

• Participate in CCAs, school committees, and professional development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• At least a recognised local polytechnic diploma

• A Diploma in Special Education (DISE) is advantageous

• Passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of students with special needs
