Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee multiple projects from design development through to construction completion.

• Review and enhance team workflows to align with company standards and improve efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Support business development efforts and contribute to project acquisition strategies

• Refine architectural drawings and BIM models, including detailed layouts, clash detection, and construction documentation.

• Prepare and submit drawings and documentation to authorities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.

• Proficient in technical detailing and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.

• Experience in both private and public residential developments in Singapore is an added advantage.

• Good to have experience in luxury residential, hotel, or resort projects.

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
