We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Integration Architect to lead the design and integration of cutting-edge digital diagnostics systems within Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in architecting and deploying healthcare IT solutions across public health institutions, and who are passionate about driving innovation in digital health.

You will play a strategic role in shaping the technical landscape of digital diagnostics, working closely with hospital IT teams, software engineers, and healthtech innovators to deliver scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions that enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the integration of digital diagnostic systems across hospital networks and healthcare environments.

• Design robust, scalable, and high-performance system architectures tailored to healthcare needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable architecture plans.

• Guide and mentor development and engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation.

• Plan and implement seamless interfaces between new digital health solutions and existing healthcare IT systems.

• Ensure all solutions meet cybersecurity, privacy, and medical device compliance standards.

• Conduct system performance reviews and propose enhancements aligned with operational goals.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and integration strategies.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience deploying healthcare IT solutions within Singapore’s public health institutions.

• Proven experience in solution architecture for large-scale digital health systems.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 standards and medical device compliance.

• Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and designing resilient, scalable architectures.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile development methodologies.

• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (PDPA, HIPAA).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
