Key Responsibility :

• Coordinate all accident-related matters with hirers, contractors, reporting vendors, third-party workshops, and insurers

• Work closely with the settlement team on high-liability cases to achieve timely and cost-effective resolutions

• Collaborate with accident contractors to expedite the repair and return of accident vehicles

• Engage with insurers to facilitate the closure of cases where applicable

• Update monthly claims status reports as provided by insurers

• Issue third-party excess invoices to clients for liability cases upon receipt of the GIA report

• Conduct roadshows to educate clients’ drivers on accident procedures and best practices

• Handle Own Damage (OD) claims, including reviewing and processing GIA reports

• Issue Own Damage excess billings to clients upon completion of vehicle repairs

• Send notification letters to clients upon receipt of the GIA report

• Prepare weekly summaries of accident vehicles currently in contractors’ workshops

• Coordinate with internal workshops for accident vehicle replacements when needed

• Monitor the timely collection of vehicles after accident repairs

• Liaise daily with contractors to obtain repair quotations

• Email repair quotations for non-accident-related repairs to clients within 2 working days of assessment

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training provided
