Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities.
Identify prospects through networking, lead generation, and referrals.
Present and position IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, virtualisation, cybersecurity, etc.) to meet client needs.
Collaborate with technical engineers to create tailored proposals and deliver end-to-end system integration solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction, build strong relationships, and foster long-term engagement.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with willingness to travel for client meetings.
