As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee IT projects by managing scope and objectives while proactively aligning and influencing stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.

• Execute Request for Information (RFI), Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and Invitation to Tender (ITT) processes, including preparing and defining specifications, conducting evaluations, negotiating contracts, and securing approval for award.

• Handle all changes in project scope, escalating to the Project Steering Board promptly when changes affect the agreed timeline or budget.

• Conduct solution analysis, procurement, product selection, and fit-gap assessments, obtaining necessary approvals; ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

• Demonstrate the capability to manage and deliver projects following industry-recognized Project Management Methodologies.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout project execution.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed to mitigate potential impacts.

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT) with Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
