Sales & Marketing Executive (Automotive / Parts & Lubricants / MNC) - #1112399

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing

• Achieve sales target

• Devise suitable sales plan and strategy for the respective markets.

• Marketing efforts and sales activities to expand and strengthen sales in Overseas Market Development Operations territories.

• Develops and improve business relations with all customers of the company.

• Conduct market research, analysis and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plan.

• Conduct sales training to parts/ service staffs & customers.

Account Management

• Management of selected key sales accounts.

• Assist Sales PIC to achieve sales target for assigned products.

• Handle and attend to customer’s enquiry and complaints.

• Provide customer support and maintain good customer service.

Order Management

• Handle all customer’s orders and enquiry.

• Receive and process orders, issue SOC timely.

• Monitor and follow up on bac-orders, handle shipping discrepancy.

Operation and Shipping Arrangement

• Coordinate with warehouse on picking/ packing of goods according to shipping schedule.

• Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange on time shipment of customer orders.

• Ensure accuracy in shipping and other documents.

• Check accuracy on invoices and charges from forwarder.

• Book and arrange vessel on-time and on schedule.

Payment Management

• Ensure LC accuracy/ and proper, on time submission to bank.

• Ensure remittance received in bank.

• Follow-up and monitor customer payment.

Project Management

• Lead Campaign

• Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree with at least 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experiences

• Good knowledge in customer relation handling and sales techniques. Automotive background will be an advantage.

• Open to travel to Middle East countries

• Good communication skills and team player.

• Proficient in MS Office (Pivot Table/ Vlookup etc.)

• Good numeracy skills and meticulous
