Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and a knack for creating engaging content. You will be working closely with the members of the marketing and design team to ensure execution of marketing activities across various online and offline channels.

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

  • Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and update the company's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging.

  • Creative Content Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas that align with our brand's voice and objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify the latest trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the industry. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Online Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for online enquiries across all platforms. Manage and resolve feedback or complaints efficiently to maintain a positive brand image.

  • Marketing Activities Execution: Plan and execute a variety of marketing activities, including but not limited to email marketing blasts, roadshows, and events. Ensure all activities are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging content and copies.

  • Creative thinker with resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive in proposing and executing new campaign ideas.
