Job Scope:

• Monitor and support company IT systems and networks.

• Ensure IT infrastructure and security systems run smoothly.

• Set up and update IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Work with engineers on hardware/software installation and testing.

• Supervise and improve system architecture and performance.

• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support when needed.

• Assists plan and upgrade IT systems to meet business needs.

• Work closely with team members and answer technical queries.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, IT Engineering or Equivalent.

• Candidate with relevant IT Support experience is welcome to apply.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., VCP, CKA/CKAD, CISSP) are added advantages.
