Job Scope:

• Managing logistics and supply chain operations to support the company’s growth and ensure smooth operations.

• Manage Purchase Orders (POs), track deliveries, and maintain records.

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for timely shipments and resolve logistical issues.

• Handle tax permits for imports and exports, ensuring compliance.

• Prepare and review import/export documentation and monitor shipment progress.

• Conduct RFQs, sourcing, and vendor management, negotiating pricing and terms.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory management and audits.

• Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies and regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

• Provide reports on POs, shipments, inventory, and vendor performance.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field, with knowledge of sea freight operations.

• Knowledge of logistics systems or shipping incoterms (e.g., SAP, ERP, WMS) is an advantage.
