• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, HR metrics analysis, and advisory to senior management.

• Review and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws, manage contracts and statutory reporting, and monitor workplace safety compliance.

• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture, organize engagement and wellness programs, and support change management.

• Lead recruitment, build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and implement retention strategies.

• Maintain strong employee relations, manage grievances and disciplinary matters, oversee performance appraisals, and support KPI setting.

• Identify training needs, design and deliver development programs, oversee onboarding, evaluate effectiveness, and support succession planning.

• Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions; ensure competitiveness; and drive recognition and reward initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and support audits and external compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B industry will have added advantageous

• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
