Warehousing & Distribution Supervisor / Group Leader (Wholesale Trade) | Central - #1112294

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, shipping, storage, sorting, and palletizing.

• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and property management.

• Monitor performance, report issues, and implement improvements.

• Maintain safety standards, conduct fire drills, and oversee equipment use.

• Recruit, train, and evaluate team leaders and frontline staff.

Key Requirements:

• Open to Locals only

• Minimally NITEC and above

• At least 3+ years in warehouse management in catering/distribution; experience leading 50+ staff.

• Fluent in English and Chinese in order to liaise effectively with clients.

• Skilled in coordination, communication, and ERP/WMS systems.

• Knowledge of cold chain storage and transportation preferred.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility.
