Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telecom regulatory developments, particularly in interconnection, wholesale access, and competition.

• Ensure operational compliance with telecom codes of practice and interconnection agreements.

• Prepare regulatory submissions, position papers, and consultation responses.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry peers and internal business units, collaborating to implement regulatory decisions and fulfil requirements.

• Manage interconnection agreements, analyse cost structures, and advise management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and public policy considerations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulated industries

• Strategic thinker with commercial awareness of telecom business models
